Guidance on the document walk, in-airport escort, coordination with your agent. We are not a licensed customs broker — we know the route, not the rubber stamps.
Crates on request
Medium to XL travel crates ride with us. Request when booking — no extra charge for standard sizes.

What customers ask before booking
Can you drive into the airport?
Yes — the airport shuttle lanes let us reach the terminal door. We help carry the crate from car to door.
My pet arrives as cargo — can you wait?
Usually 45–90 minutes at the Live Animal Office. The driver waits (first hour ฿200). Send us the AWB number when booking.
Does my pet need a crate?
In our car: no (harness + seat covers). With the airline: yes — and we can provide one.
How far ahead should I book?
1–2 days for airport jobs is ideal. We take same-day too — just try the form.
